The American artist engaged an UDRP (extrajudicial procedure) against a fan owning the domain name ladygaga.org. Her complaint was rejected because the non commercial use of the internet website was considered legitimate.
At the time of the election of the 45th President of the United States, Keep Alert* focused its interest on the domain names of the two candidates. Over 2,300 domain names are registered around President Barack Obama, while Mitt Romney is associated with about 1,400 domains.

On the 14th of September 2010, Google proceeded to liberalize its advertising program and changed its rules concerning the use of a trademark as a keyword. Since that time it is technically possible to buy the name of a trademark as a keyword in the program. Keep Alert conducted a study of seven French brands from the global Interbrand ranking to measure the impact of this liberalization on the sales of sponsored links, three years after the change of rules. This study, already carried out in 2010 and 2011 was repeated in 2013 between May 22nd and 25th across the 27 countries of the European Union.

The Comité Interprofessionnel du vin de Champagne (Interindustry Champagne Makers' Committee) tried to recover the champagne.co domain name that was owned but not used by a British firm. For the first time, the WIPO Center of Arbitration and Mediation ruled in favor of the respondent. This historical decision also impacts the second market for .CO domain names.
The new resolution system for .FR and .RE domain name disputes (Syreli) will be launched on 21 November 2011. The disputes will now be decided directly by AFNIC, the registry of the .FR country-code-Top-level-Domain (ccTLD) itself.
